Exercise is an important part of cardiac rehabilitation. Besides yoga and a few other exercise disciplines, walking is very beneficial to most patients of heart disease. It is imperative that it be done in a manner that is compatible with the individual patient’s particular health circumstance. A walking/cardiovascular program must be initiated only after consultation with one’s doctor. EXERCISE COULD BE CONTRAINDICATED FOR SOME SERIOUS
One must always start exercise slowly.
